This room was completely gutted and remodeled in 2025, except for the cabinets/shelving on the east wall, which were merely redressed.

The renovations included:

Small window replaced by egress window to make it an official bedroom.

Closet rebuilt deeper (22" interior depth) and full drop ceiling added.

Built-in dresser and cabinet added in the west wall.

Replaced paneling with dry wall except on the east wall.

Removed window to nowhere.

Replaced carpeting with LVP.
